I went to a coffee chat with a recruiter after she reached out to me on LinkedIn. The interview process included a business case interview and conversations with several individuals within the company. It was great to speak with individuals at every level of the org chart and it was apparent how much emphasis they placed on fit. I felt valued and welcomed throughout the process and appreciated the transparency provided to me after each conversation

Referred to recruiter by current employee. First had an informational call with my recruiter, which was a pretty standard phone screen! Then I had a 45-ish minute long Teams meeting with the recruiter, followed by another Teams meeting with a Principle, and finally a Teams meeting with a Sr Director. The whole process happened over about 3-4 weeks and every single person was very personable and informative.
