Skyworks reached out to me in December 2024, followed by an interview over Zoom over the next three months. Throughout the process, the recruiter kept trying to keep me warm as a candidate and had poor communication, indicative of a poor management structure with little to no follow-through. I kept being told that I was the top candidate. At one point, I withdrew my candidacy due to an abysmal recruitment process.
