1 stage was take-home assessment - code is available on their github organization along with the task - that was fairly easy and took a day to complete, got review feedback in 2 days (But didn't agree with that review feedback though)
Got into second stage that was 2 video interviews - Depth of expertise for 1 hour & Cultural discussion for 1 hour. Before those 2, quick 15 minutes prep was arranged by Skyscanner with their recruiter to explain what is expected from me during the calls + got document with details on what should be covered.
It felt like during the depth of expertise interviewers were more interested in hearing particular key words rather than my idea behind the project and how I approached it - got interrupted multiple times without telling what's the expectation if the current topic wan't it.
Cultural discussion part was great and covered talking about how you measure success / resolve conflicts / how you prepare projects
After 2 days got feedback and information that they will not proceed further with the process, got a call with feedback from recruiter - not enough detail provided during the interview.
It seemed like tech part of the interview was done to fill position with some exact match to their tech stack / team, in contradiction how it was advertised from the beginning.
After some questions / feedback I was also under impression that recruiter didn't spend time checking the CV.

Depth of expertise - Interviewer asks you to take them through your recent project and dives deep into few sections. Questions were majorly around Scale, Performance monitoring and things to improve.

Entrevista
Very pleasant interview process. It is a 3 step process, the first part speaking about a project you've worked on. Then followed by 2 back to back interviews: a system design interview and a culture fit.
You don't interview with anyone with the team throughout the whole process. But I believe they give you the chance to speak to the manager of the team if they make an offer.
There was no programming exercise which I found refreshing and nice.

Nice and easy interview process. 1 screening round, system design and behavioural round. System design round went well. I came to know behavioural had lower scoring but then turned out positive.
