Two stage interview process was fairly well structured.
interviewer made effort to make candidate feel comfortable and relaxed which was a good point with this company.The interview lasted about a hour on each occasion and there was nothing that was too challenging about the whole experience. Some clear techniques used to bring the best out in you in the interview process.
Smooth two stages done through teams. Took about 1 week since first approached to schedule the first interview and then once that's completed another week to have the technical interview

I had one interview with them. There were 2 managers. They asked me some technical and behavioural questions. The interviews and the people were very nice. But they gave a little salary. I think they are not doing any market research.
