It's a 2 step interview process, the initial face to face office interview and then there's a lunch interview which includes on site walkthrough of the job. You get to see exactly what the job entails before accepting the position. Very friendly people and comfortable work environment. They make it feel like it's just 2 people talking instead of an actual interview. Amazing and easy process.
