This was a series of phone call interviews. The leaders I interviewed with were very experienced in their fields, but it was challenging to really establish a dialogue as part of the interview process. Most interviews involved me describing my background and answering questions until time ran out without having time to ask any questions of my own.

Rigorous - many interviews, a written assignment and a live presentation. Fast-paced, very little time to prep and seems to give an advantage to people who are unemployed and/or have no families and thus more time to put into the assignment in the limited timeframe provided.
