Everyone I met was super nice. It is true that the firm has a relatively "nice" culture. However, they took so many interviewers that not everyone could get an offer to the summer program, which could be rather disappointing as a result.

It was a pretty chill callback interview, pretty standard questions, mostly asked about resume. Very conversational throughout. Friendly people. Seems like they look for strong personality fits for the most part.

The interviewers were great. I really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was conversational. I hope to visit the office in the future. I didn’t get a look since it was virtual.

OCI process, interviewer was flipping through 10 different resumes in front of me lol. Very stiff interviewers in general (2nd time interviewing with them), and more formal and less relaxed than other firms.
