Professional environment with two managers. Interview questions were straight forward but the atmosphere created by management was comfortable. Conversations were started based on answers that were given, and follow up questions were frequent. Life experience, core values, and warm personality seemed more valued than industry experience. Overall was positive and would recommend for anyone who wants more than your typical restaurant job experience.
