So first I had a phone interview which was very clear and Shab was very welcoming! Then I got asked to come in for an assessment day with 4 other people and we had 1:1 interviews, a presentation on the company, role play sale task, IT skill test and we could also listen to a recorded phone call to give us an example. Everyone we met was very welcoming and wanted to make we felt comfortable which made it a nice environment and it didn’t make you feel too nervous which is good cause then you can relax and be yourself more which I think is important.

Lovely, very positive, fun and interactive. The managers are very welcoming and settle the interview nerves very quickly! Although the managers take their role very seriously as shown, as a candidate I felt they have a touch that I haven’t seen in other managers before and that’s caring for their staff.
