I got a call a week after submitting my resume and application. The manager in charge of the position one was applying for (Usher & Housekeeping, Concessions & Concierge) went over the application, my work experience, how long I worked at my previous job and talked about what the theater offers. I really enjoyed the interview and I got an offer the following day, which I accepted.
