"Don't Go With Silicus.... Worst Company"
I got a call from silicus HR for senior software developer position (.Net), HR told me there will be 2 technical and 1 HR round.
I have cleared 2 technical rounds each one took for 1 hour. Second technical round taken by project manager and team lead.After that I have cleared HR interview.
After some time I got call from HR saying you have cleared all the rounds but tomorrow another technical round will be there.
I got shocked after 2 technical and HR why again technical round.
On Second day morning, I got call from HR saying your profile is not shortlisted, I don't know what is that exactly.
If my profile not shortlisted then why HR called me again to scheculed another technical round. I never seen such a worst interview process.
If someone want to waste your time then you can go for the interview with silicus, because same thing happened with other candidate.
If you don't have genuine requirement, do not schedule interview and don't waste others time.

1st they told me there will be 2 technical round and 1 hr round.I cleared 2 technical round and HR told me just wait for 1 hr. so I was waiting outside at receptionist area.After half an hours HR came and told me that the concerned person not available today plz come next day for final HR round. On next day I went to silicus office Pune for HR round but when I reached at office that HR told me there will be 1 more technical round i.e 3rd technical round .so.. i gave it and clear that one also after that they took my HR round and said selected but still next 10 days I didn't got any replied from HR when I call them 1st he said waiting for final approval after that again I called him for feedback they not receiving my call and also not replied to my mail.

- Around 4-5 rounds are taken.
- I was asked for Angularjs + .NET profile.
- But in the interview I did not asked a single question on angularjs.
- Surprisingly I got selected and I get an offer considering 3 months notice period. In HR call they said me that I got recruited if I get released earlier than 3 months.
- When I get release after 2 months from my previous company HR took my one more technical round and kept me on hold by simply saying "we are waiting a specific project for you."
And after lost of tries to get connect to HR they said me that I need to wait for 3 months to get joining because I do not have any written communication about early joining.
SO, PLEASE BE AWARE ABOUT THIS COMPANY'S RECRUITMENT.
