It took 1 phone interview by technical person. Followed by face technical personal interview. Then followed by another technical interview that was an exhaustive video conference being recorded for client side evaluation. End was with HR and COO interview. Overall it was amazing to see the breadth they covered in the interview. One of the best experiences

At the time of screening HR told me there will be 2 technical and 1 HR. I have cleared 2 technical rounds each one took for 1 hour. After waiting for 1 and half hour I faced HR interview and left to home. After 1 hour I got call from HR saying Tomorrow another technical round will be there. I got shocked after 2 technical and HR why again technical discussion? I have declined this offer and process. I have never ever seen such a worst process. I think they don't respect people and their time. Even they don't respect to there technical panel's decision who got shortlisted me for the HR round. As per comments on Glassdoor this happens to many people. This is the worst company and their hiring process. We are experienced people if they don't respect us we should not respect them. Beware. I sent mail to HR mentioning all my thoughts.
