The interview usually occurs in a few stages - the first is just a call with a recruiter to confirm whether you're interested in the Boston or Palo Alto location. After that, you'll have a HireVue where you answer questions on video with a virtual interviewer (a robot). Not much to this, just answer to the best of your ability. They are all behavioral questions and pretty straightforward (i.e., tell me about a time...). Lastly, you'll have either an in person or video interview with i. the ADP managers ii. current ADP members and iii. VP's who have completed ADP. The interview is also mostly behavioral, but it would be helpful to demonstrate an understanding on the venture capital and venture debt industry. That's it! Pretty straightforward.

Went through the process but was not selected. Started off with an HR interview. After that there was three more interviews with a variety of different people. Mostly fit based questions but some technical ones relating to credit.
