Filled out paper application in the store and left my resume. I got a call the next day to come in for a interview with the store manager. We met and I had my interview. I got a call the next day that I got the job. Started off as seasonal and became pastime.

One professional interview. I was asked several question and made small talk. The second interview I was asked to start the following week. It is not the same way currently. The hiring process is different but can be just as speedy.

Came to a recruiting event with many different store managers from the district. On rotation for about 30 minutes to an hour. Was not asked any difficult questions and everyone was very friendly.
