Phone screen with recruiter. Zoom interview with the manager and team member. Zoom interview with Director of Digital Marketing. All of these went well but I never heard anything after. I emailed the recruiter every week for four weeks without any reply. It's fine if you're going in another direction, but please let me know so I can know I'm not in the running anymore.
