I rolled with their selection process out of curiosity. They wanted to hire me from a competing company, which was already extremely unprofessional and a major red flag. They made us go through an elaborate and unnecessarily long test as part of their selection process. Most of the test were irrelevant from the perspective of the day to day work. I've been working in a senior position for 4 years. They offered a raise of around 80 Euros, and a junior position. I respectfully declined. They told me if they will have a more suitable position, they'll approach me in the future. TL;DR: They wasted hours from my life to offer cc. 80 Euros more and a position below my current one.
Really good interview experience. Felt like a conversation and not an interrogation. Writing test followed by a “normal” interview which included the standard interview questions you would find online. Prepare questions yourself for the end!

The hiring process took over a month with constant reminders. I had three 4 interviews. One was on phone, the rest was one on one. The interview includes written and oral. Questions are asked based on what is on your resume. The questions were quite tricky.
