I had phone interviews with the recruiter, and with my potential manager, before deciding to move forward with an onsite interview. For the onsite, everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, motivated, and eager to identify a culture fit. While I was not extended an offer, I felt like the process was transparent throughout and I was in good hands.
