2 interviews, both about 30 mins. All scenario and experience based questions. How would you handle this scenario etc. Very comfortable but thorough. Will be with ED and someone from head office. Formal. I was internal so my exp may differ from an external. I have interviewed others in my role and we follow an interview script custom to each role.
