Siemens recruiter did a telephonic screening before shortlisting for 1:1 interview. One month after telephonic screening, face to face interview was scheduled by recruiter with Siemens Logistics department heads. Confirmation call of selection was received a month after face to face interview. Within the same week HR manager sent offer letter and salary breakup with date of joining.

First of all ,they asked about ourselves,about family,past experience.What kind of work I did in previous company,etc.The people of Siemens company are very friendly.The company maintains safe working culture .
