I was interviewed by a 6 member panel on a conference telephone job. They all had very good questions, which kept the conversation going for about 20 minutes or more. Everyone participated. I think interviews become tough when there is too much dead air. That means someone is holding back and hiding something, could be an insecure interviewer. In this interview everyone was very open and communicated very well.
