The interview process consisted of three rounds in total. The first round was with HR and involved basic resume screening. The second round included interviews with two experienced CFOs. They didn't ask specific finance-related questions, but I believe they expected answers that ultimately tied back to finance. Although my interviews with the CFOs went quite well, HR later informed me that I lacked sufficient finance-related work experience. While I have no further comment, it did feel like a bit of a waste of time.
