Answered personality and work ethic questions from other team leaders. Answered more product knowledge, company knowledge and goals, also leadership outlook in the main interview.

Applied for an interviewed for a coordinator position, about a week after application. The first interview seemed like a series of quick fire questions about the job description. Interviewer then informed me at the end , they are actually hiring for a managerial role.
