In the ac, there are group work, face to face interview (2 interviews in a room), and presentation. Just take it easy. It aims to figure out whether you can cope with the challenges in practical work. The staff is so nice so I didn’t feel so nervous.

Even though the process itself takes longer than ususal, I think the interview process is pretty straight forward, although i do not prefer the pre recorded introduction part as it cancels out the conversation of EDI from the start. Other than that its good. (I did not get selected for this role, but went through the interview phase)

The process was supposed to consist of 3-4 rounds in total. I made it through two rounds. The Talent Acquisition professional was pleasant to deal with, but a bit slow to respond. The second interviewer was not a skilled interviewer and did not provide great guidance during the conversation. I walked away uneducated about the role responsibilities and the systems that the organization uses.

3 stages of interview: a call, individual interview, group interview. Very friendly. Individual interview last 1 hour, reading test, excel test. Group interview to check my interpersonal and teamwork skills.
