Was contacted by the hiring manager who had gotten my resume forwarded to him. Phone screen with hiring manager. He forgot about the interview and I had to call him. Asked chemistry questions and about previous experience. Then a week later interview with 4 staff members and a tour of the facility. The interview was several hours long.
