I went through 3 interviews over zoom for this position. Each interview lasted about 30 min, and were relatively casual. I felt very confident going through the interview process but unfortunately did not get the job. I get it! There is always someone more qualified, experienced, etc. I was, however, frustrated because after the interview experience felt ghosted. I was told I would hear back either way within 2 weeks. After follow up emails, nothing. I did, however, see the job ad reposted in Indeed. Disappointed in the lack of communication, but I guess that is par for the course these days. Interviewers were fair, kind, and knowledgable, but lacked follow-up.
