Shur has a 3 step interview, the first is with the President of the company, the second is a full day shadow with one of their corporate trainers and the third interview I had was a wrap up with the Asst. Manager. Over all I understand why they do the interview the way they do it. I enjoyed getting to know the staff and see exactly what they do. I probably wouldn't have understood exactly how they operate is I hadn't gone on the second round interview. For those who do get brought back for an interview make sure you are prepared for the day and have the full day available this is a very hand on interview.
