The interview process was quite straightforward compared to others I have experienced; with the first interview being a recruiter there to look for keywords and do a first weeding-out of candidates, then the second interview with the hiring manager and another teammate, both interviews were very conversational in style, which is my preference and it felt like I developed a rapport quickly with all involved. The final piece, the interview with a psychologist and pschological exams was unique in my experience, but it seems to be taken as just an additional way to ensure that candidates are of a temperament and mindset to succeed here.
