Met with senior management. First spoke over the phone, then came in for a standard face to face interview. Asked standard interview questions. Gave very detailed background on the company, the industry, earnings potential, etc. It was a relaxed environment, I didn't feel nervous at all. I was offered the job right there on the spot and accepted it.
