Very easy I didn't get any questions just asking if i had questions for her. Asked if i had medical experience or if i had clinical rotations yet. Hiring manager of the unit was very kind and was the shortest interview I had.

Brief phone interview with on staff recruiter, who discusses the position as well as the pay before scheduling an interview with the department manager. After the interview, the manager and the recruiter both follow up for the next step.
