It was a difficult and huge waste of time. Interview process was 2 hours long. Back-to-back meetings with no breaks. They called me over a month after the interview to inform me they were considering hiring internally and pausing the interview process, but wanted to know if I was still available and interested to take the role (if it were offered to me). There was no follow-up or feedback after that call. First and only time I've ever been ghosted by a company in the middle of the interview process without any explanation.

Entrevista
I had an extremely poor candidate experience. I had 2 phone screens, 2 virtual video interviews and I was invited on-site for a 3 hour interview to meet with various team members other than those I originally interviewed with. I believe all went well from my end. I was ghosted afterward with no follow-up even after the time I invested. This appears to be a reoccurring theme based on the interview experiences I've read.
