Very informal process typically consisting of conversation with the manager for 30 minutes and members of the therapy team for 30 minutes. The meeting with the therapy team can be slightly intimidating due to the number of people involved but still an informal process overall!

Phone interview followed by an interview in person with the team. Traditional questions about experience and knowledge about the job such as topics you are well versed in vs not and need more support
