Everyone was very nice, but I went through 3 rounds of interviews, then an in-person tour and didn’t hear anything back for a month. After that, I had another interview where I was asked “what do I have to tell you to convince you to take the job” and then never heard another thing. After another month, I sent a couple follow-up emails and kept being told I was still being considered, but still never received any feedback or information.
