I applied for the position and got an email requesting an interview a week and a half later. Within two weeks of getting the email, I was able to secure an interview time with the manager. The interview was straight forward and done online over a video conference.
They asked general questions like tell me about yourself. Was able to answer questions that I had. First talked to a recruiter and then talked to manger of the floor. Very organized interview process.

I was an intern during nursing school and encouraged to apply by my preceptor. I submitted my information online and was contacted by the HR department within a couple of weeks. I had one interview with the head of HR and received an offer within a few days.
