Very relaxed and incredibly informative. From the start, the HR department was professional, accommodating, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or anything less than a priority. We had the opportunity to meet with current full-time flex staff who all had varying years of experience working in the position. Every person I met with, no matter how brief, was so kind and welcoming. There were even times where full-time therapists went out of their way to ask me about myself, my goals, and made themselves available to answer any questions I had.
