My interview experience with ShipBob was genuinely positive. I went through four rounds of interviews — the first one with HR, followed by three rounds with senior managers. Each round was well-structured, and the interviewers were warm, respectful, and professional throughout. One thing that stood out was how transparent and communicative the HR team was. I received timely updates after every round, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. During one of the rounds, even though I wasn't selected at that stage, they still took the time to show me how the work is done — which really reflects their supportive and respectful approach. The overall vibe made me feel like I was stepping into something meaningful. The team, the work culture, and the level of knowledge shared gave me a sense of long-term growth and belonging. I’m super excited about what’s ahead and grateful for such a great start.

The interview process was completed in 3 steps. First, had a telephonic conversation with HR, followed with 2 rounds of video call interview with the team I will be joining. Overall experience was great, The interviewers made the whole interview process so smooth and comfortable. Most of the questions were based on my experience in the last organization and my resume.
