I am an internal applicant and I was applying for the day hospital. I had one online interview which went well, and then they invited me for an in-person visit. I felt it also went well, and they told me they would get back to me in a couple weeks. When they got back to me, they told me they couldn't hire me because of my level of licensure; they were understaffed and didn't have any clinical supervisors for me. This was frustrating for me because I felt like they should've known that before they wasted my time with the lengthy interview process. But it's consistent with the experience I've had while working at Sheppard Pratt, messy, disorganized, and just inconsiderate of their employees.
