Very long period between interviews. The first interviewer was human and had relevant questions. The second interviewer changed the interview date and time at extremely short notice to the detriment of me as the candidate. The second interviewer talked about lots of issues with the job. These issues included previous role holders who did not stay in the job for any length of time. Lots of "we want" and very little focus on what anyone would learn or develop from in the job. Lucky escape perhaps.
