There were two rounds of Teams interviews about a month apart. In each interview, there were 2-3 interviewers who came on to ask questions. It was fairly casual and not too intense. A few days later I received their rejection email, which was surprising because I felt the interview had gone well. And the day after, they reposted the job online, despite their email saying they had gone with another candidate.
