There were many levels of interviews which typically took much longer than they originally scheduled me for. Additionally, I was surprised with a sudden analytical test which I did not have time for that day. It was quite stressful. When speaking with existing employees there, they did not like the culture.

Once contacted for interview, the process was very quick. Met with members of the strategic sales team who described the direction of the company and answered questions about the position and the division very thoroughly. Interviewers emphasized the fast-paced environment and opportunities to make a significant contributions to the company. They described the atmosphere as a "$2 bln start-up" and spoke of the accelerated pace of growth of the company and the several opportunities to make a mark as it does not operate like a conventional established large company. HR was very responsive throughout the process as well.
