      My experience interviewing with SharkNinja was disappointing and at times, confusing. After multiple interactions, communication from both Talent and leadership stopped without formal closure. While I have not received an official rejection, the lack of follow-up felt unprofessional given the prior level of engagement. I was internally referred for this role through the talent pool, after initially applying to a different position via another referral. Based on that context and the company’s reputation, I expected a more structured and transparent process. The reviews told me to expect that to not happen. So I gave this time beyond the holiday for a response. One hasn't came. If they don't prioritize high level roles like this, they clearly don't prioritize ANY. The main interview itself raised concerns. Very little time was spent discussing Salesforce or the actual responsibilities of the role. The conversation felt unfocused and the leadership interviewer came across as disengaged and unprepared. At one point, he stated that he did not personally select me for the interview and that my meeting was simply placed on his calendar. That's feedback that was unnecessary and uncomfortable from a candidate experience perspective. Additionally, it was shared BY him that this role reports to him, but he has been unable to focus on HIS core responsibilities due to covering this position, signaling a need for someone highly autonomous. That aligns well with my background, yet the interview did not reflect genuine interest in evaluating that fit. Despite multiple warning signs, I remained professional throughout the process. However, the experience left me questioning whether there is true alignment or commitment to filling this role. I was told repeatedly that the organization is undergoing restructuring to address cultural and review challenges, but what I observed felt consistent with the concerns already documented in other reviews and now I'm adding my own. Ultimately, unanswered emails and lack of closure from both Talent and leadership reflect poorly on the organization. Interview processes involve real people, time and emotional investment. Unfortunately, this experience negatively impacted my perception of the company, not only as a potential employer, but also as a consumer that has decided to pass on giving them my time, submissions or money in the future.
