The first step is to undergo the Wonderlic Assessment, which is then followed by a technical assessment. I secured a 100% score in the technical assessment but, unfortunately, my application was rejected soon after. From the feedback provided, it seems my score on the Wonderlic Assessment did not meet the required threshold. (This leads me to a point of confusion. If my Wonderlic score was inadequate, I'm curious as to why I progressed to the technical phase of the assessment. )
