I met with four people in one day; two attorneys and two staff members. Everyone was very pleasant.
They were particular about getting a copy of paralegal certificate and my transcript of records from my undergrad.

There were a total of three interviews. There was one interview with HR. The two other interviews with the a partner and an attorney from the law firm. The partner seemed to have a natural demeanor during the interview, while the attorney had an upbeat attitude.

Kindly stop wasting people's time. Reach out once you have found your perfect candidate. Also reposting the same position after rejecting candidates is tacky, it makes the company appear to have high turnover which means internally there are issues that need to be resolved. Seems like a great company but use better strategies on the recruitment end.
