Was very informative, a little unorganized. The interviewer seemed to be giving a personality interview more than anything. Overall, it was average but it could have been the Zoom format.

Laid back and collegial. Want to get to know you and your general interest in the firm. Pretty straight forward and gives you a lot of time to ask your own questions.
A one hour and a half zoom with three different partners. Mostly talked about me and why I was applying. Did not ask too much about the law. More about my motivations and why i wanted to be there.

Submitted application through my law school career portal through OCI and received an interview. Met with one associate and one partner for 15 minute interview. Simple questions: why law, what do you like about law school, do you see yourself in a certain practice, etc.
