There were multiple round interviews. First and second rounds were done via Zoom. The third round consisted of three separate interviews on-campus for approximately 3 hours total. Tour was provided, but no lunch. It was conveyed that the candidates would be informed either way if they were selected/advanced. About a week later, HR director reached out for three contact references. After two additional weeks, candidate followed up with an email to the director and then to HR director. Neither responded. Feel the entire process was unprofessional.
