      I had a great experience through the screening stages and with the hiring manager. However, the process fell apart at the third stage of four when I met with the newly appointed Director. He seemed completely disengaged throughout the interview and gave the impression that he had little interest in being there. His attitude felt quite rude and dismissive, which threw me off and made for a very awkward experience.

      Long and frustrating hiring process. It took almost a month from the day I applied to reach the second interview after the initial screening call. While the team seemed friendly, the overall experience made me feel somewhat led on. After the interview, the hiring manager mentioned that the talent team would contact me about the next step, which was supposed to be a case study/presentation. Instead, I was invited to another call with a different manager. I received an automatic rejection email 2 days later stating that it is “against company policy” to provide feedback. I have never encountered a company refusing feedback due to “policy” before. It came across as dismissive and gave the impression that candidates’ time and effort are not valued. After several interview stages, providing at least minimal feedback should be a basic courtesy. Overall, the experience left me with the sense that the process was poorly managed. In hindsight, the vibe already felt a bit off during the interviews, so perhaps it was for the best that things didn’t move forward.

      About 5 weeks. Many stages across different levels. Great conversations and the role was well explained. Appears to be a close knit team which work well together. Heavily sales/growth/KPI focused.
