Most weird & unethical experience. On a random day, I got a call from HR Team of seven bits for a scheduling a first round of interview with one of the senior guy working there. He interviewed me for almost 1 hour asking 'n' number of questions on AWS, Node, Basic System Designing, Synchronous/ Asynchronous Programming. As expected, I answered all of the questions (almost 100%), due to which he told that he was greatly impressed with the tech skills I possess and informed that he will ask HR to schedule one more call tomorrow as he wants to finalize things quickly where he will just have a discussion on the projects that I have worked on. Very next day, I received a call from HR, that I got the positive feedback from interviewer side but still we can't progess with your candidature as your experience in one of the technology that we require is very less. This is most non sense thing I heard till date, that guy never asked me any question on that skill in the interview. Still he was able to judge that I don't know that skill. It was very unethical, very unprofessional, waste of time. Avoid if you know that you are capable of finding something good.
