I was first called in to take a set of tests. I had not encountered this before and thought it was a great way for Setpoint Systems to gain additional insight into a prospective employee.

Mr. Engelken and Ms. Nahale each had a different interviewing style. I think that those styles combined were very effective in communicating the needs and goals of Setpoint Systems to a job candidate. I was then asked to talk about myself, and how my past experience applies to this position
