Went through a series of interviewing. Questions detailed very much on past experience and the deliveries of each project, the guests experience and the P&L of each project. Good thing for me is that many of the past projects / events that I have done are well known so there is no need to elaborate very much. nevertheless, i had to shared enough details to prove that I have manage those projects successfully and is not merely quoting names.
