Half-decent but very rushed and dismissive (I've sat for about 30 interviews so you can take my word for it... Or not). You're not given a chance to sell yourself AT ALL (this needs change-why interview to begin with if you do not wish to understand your candidate?). The first stage of the interview could have been done on the phone or online since the intention of the interviewer is to spend as little time with the candidate as much as possible. Advertised salary was well below national average but not brought up during the interview, so be wary.
