The main assessment was a case study presentation focused on identifying problems within their platform, and presenting solutions. The discussion was thoughtful and collaborative, with strong engagement from the product and tech leaders during the session. The process moved fairly quickly once interviews started and communication from the recruiter was clear throughout. Ultimately the company decided not to move forward with me. The company gave me clear, actionable feedback and encouraged me to apply again when there is role that matches my profile better.
